Welcome to the Ivory Grille The Ivory Grille is Mid-Missouri's prestigious and most unique fine-dining restaurant. Located in the Hotel Bothwell in historic downtown Sedalia, the Ivory Grille is the perfect place to go for the most unforgettable dining experience. Themed after the work of Scott Joplin, Sedalia's own famous Ragtime music composer, the Ivory Grille offers a dining experience unlike any other. The menu consists of a wide variety of items ranging from steaks and seafood to even German and Chinese dishes, all prepared by our master chef Tim Schroeder. The Ivory Grille is the perfect place to take a loved one for a special night out, or take advantage of our private dining room that can be reserved for large parties or business meetings. The Ivory Grille is open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and for dinner, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch is served on Sundays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This restaurant is located inside the historic Hotel Bothwell. It gets busy, make reservations. Very classy and elegant, dressing nicely is recommended, however, I was staying at the hotel and came in with regular street clothes and no one gave me any funny looks. Food is gourmet quality, unfortunately, you get tiny gourmet portions with the big gourmet price. If you are really hungry and looking to fill up, this is not the place. The chef actually came out and talked with the diners, and was willing to take the time to explain to my husband how he made the sauce on the pasta we were eating. Bread was delicious as well.

Located in the hotel Bothwell this restaurant serves great food with attentive service. The presentation was outstanding. For a special dinner this is the place to go.
